PowerCircuit

PowerCircuit is a 45-minute functional training session that will challenge your muscles in all different directions and combined to replicate movements of everyday life.  These classes use a variety of equipment in combination with bodyweight exercises to challenge your movement pattern.

These classes are very beneficial to improving your strength and preventing injuries that occur as a part of your daily activities.  As these sessions are supervised by our Personal Trainers the degree of difficulty can be adjusted accordingly all whilst your technique is being closely monitored.
