|Description:||HIIT Step is an energizing form of High Intensity Interval Training using a step, light weights and body weight exercises with NO CHOREOGRAPHY.
The use of tabata timing along with small weights provides a high repetition resistance program for all levels of fitness. It has long been established that regular High Intensity Training combined with resistance training will significantly improve your overall fitness level.
The second half of the class will consist of strength training using a barbell and free weights.
