Step & Powerbar Express

30 minute express step session followed by a 30-minute express PowerBar resistance session, making this class appealing to ALL Group Fitness participants. 

Step can be daunting as a beginner and for this reason, this is a beginner based class.  Our more experienced participants still get a challenging cardio workout, all we do is ensure that the choreography isn’t complex.

PowerBar Express uses compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups to ensure that you’re muscles are being challenged and intern becomes stronger.
