Yogalates isn’t yoga and a latte, but a fusion of yoga and matwork pilates.

This class will help you to develop freedom of movement as well as control your breathing by blending movements that combine yoga and pilates and reaping both the physical and mental rewards of both.  It combines the focus from yoga on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with pilates movements to improve your posture and create a positive mind and body connection to ensure a stable base of support.


Using barbells, dumbells and body weight, Powerbar is an excellent class for building strength through resistance exercises, and increase tone and fitness through repetition.

From beginner to advanced members you will be using all the major muscle groups, Powerbar will leave your body toned, conditioned and feeling invincible.

Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques whilst giving you encouragement and motivation all to great music.  This resistance class is designed to help you achieve more than you would on your own.  You’ll be completing the class feeling on top of the work and ready to do it all again.

Lower Body Express

This 30-minute class will focus solely on the muscles of the lower body to strengthen the legs and glutes.  Using targeted exercises along with different equipment to work the muscles of the lower body. 

This class is suitable for every level of fitness and is as challenging as you would like it to be.

ABT, Abs Butts & Thighs

ABT needs no introduction.  This strength class targets all those problem areas.  These areas are also responsible for a lot of our posture and stability.

This hour class will leave your butts tingling and you’ll definitely feel where those abs are.
